Benac: Football Tactics is a daily puzzle played on a tactics board. Draw the pass, the run or the one-two with your finger, then blow the whistle and watch it play out.
See how it works Say helloSketch passes, runs and dribbles with a fingertip. Hold any line to rub it out and try again.
Draw the run first and the ball goes as he sets off. Tap a pass to lift it over a midfield wall.
Cut-out passes, offside flags and smothered dribbles. Any route that survives counts, even if it is not the coach's.
Drag the ball along its path and hear why the centre-back stepped up and which pass was the trap.
Two test drills place you on day one. A five-week grid and per-theme records keep you honest.
Choose a kit colour and a philosophy: possession, direct or counter. The daily drill leans your way.
⚽ We are a small crew of coaches, analysts and puzzle nerds who spent too many Sundays arguing over a whiteboard. Benac: Football Tactics is what happened when we finally drew it all down.
🎯 Our mission is simple: make reading the game a daily habit, and make it fun enough that you do not notice you are learning.
📋 You get a fresh drill every day, an honest referee, a pundit who explains each phase, and a rating that follows your progress from Yard to Coach.
Every back line has a gap. See it first.
